Not sure what it is ... so I'm not sure what to call it ... lol

The object appears to be extended-out from the main rock and is casting a shadow ...

What is it ? Something created by erosion ?
Or ... Something growing or possibly fossilized ? umm

Comments ? Thoughts anyone ?
