Personally, I think this UFO filmed with the DAC camera may also be the same object that was captured in Apollo 10 Hasselblad frame # AS10-28-3993. http://history.nasa.gov/alsj/a410/AS10-28-3993.jpg

On a possibly related note - there was also another UFO filmed during Apollo 10 with the DAC camera, and I actually showed that very similar looking clip in another compilation video that I made awhile ago. The clip is a short one, and starts right at the 2:10 mark of this video below.
